Harties Boat Company would like to welcome you aboard Danny Buoy to experience Hartbeespoort Dam from the water on one of our Daily Lunch or Sunset cruises. Our route takes us from Kommandonek, passed Caribbean estate and Sandy lane golf course to the Kosmos foreshore and the quaint Kosmos Village to the dam wall. Passing the Zoo and snake Park as well as the Transvaal Yacht Club. We then hit open waters and cruise across to Eagle Waters and Pecanwood estate and golf Course, taking a look at some of these fantastic waterfront homes. We then head passed The Islands and back to the harbour. All of this while sipping on bubbly, enjoying a buffet of gourmet finger and fork snacks and good conversation.

Champagne Sunset Cruise
We board Danny Buoy with a glass of champers in hand and enjoy a 2 hour cruise around the dam, taking in all the sights and sounds of Harties up-close. Canapes are served as well as a selection of hot and cold cocktail snacks on this cruise of celebration. There is just something magical about seeing the sunset over Harties.

Harties Boat Company offers a unique canvas in Hartbeespoort Dam to make your next corporate event/cruise memorable.
We know that your image is important to you, and that when you're hosting an event/cruise, your reputation is at stake. We take away that worry and give you the benefit of a managed event/cruise that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come. A truly great event/cruise is all about the little details.
We offer Danny Bouy on a fully catered charter basis (100 seater, 2 deck boat) on which we can accommodate a full venue catered set up. We work from our sliding scale for private and corporate charters and normally require a minimum of 30-40 guests for these charters. The minimum charter time been 2 hours with extra hours available should you require. Our cruises generally include champagne welcome cocktails on arrival, a beautiful 2 hour scenic cruise with gourmet roaming hot & cold finger and fork menu or buffet menu, bar service, set up, decor, management, hosting and service, skipper, crew, barmen, waiters etc. as per any venue or restaurant set up.
We have a music system onboard and play a general festive genre of music, you are however welcome to bring along your own music on a USB stick or CD's.
The vessel can be set up with many different configurations depending on the size of your group. We work closely with event decor companies who have transformed the boat into some amazing spaces.
In addition to Danny Bouy we can offer a 200 seater vessel for larger groups on the same bases.

We are pleased to announce that our Shingalani Bush Camp is now complete and ready to host the most awesome events for up to 200 guests. The camp is within Kommandonek Wildlife Resort, just a short hop on open game viewing vehicles away from the harbour.
We have put together some amazing combo deals with our most popular one been a late afternoon boat cruise (4 – 6), transfer to the camp via the Reserve for a game drive on open game viewing vehicles. Sundowners at the camp whilst enjoying a golden sunset over the dam and been amazed by wildlife passing by, a little piece Africa. The fires in the boma and beating of an African drum will then draw you and your guests in, to enjoy a truly African feast with dancing into the night, under Southern stars. This package starts at R745 per person and is sure to dazzle your hard working staff and valuable customers.

Join us for a brunch boat cruise (10 to 12), transfer into the park on open game viewing vehicles to view animals at close quarters. Traditional African Lunch in the boma. Ending a spectacular day with a trip up the Magaliesburg Mountain Range with The Harties Aerial Cableway for the sundowners.
